Sudipta Bhadra

Mr. Sudipta Bhadra is one of the founding members and the CEO & Director of Green Being Foundation. He holds an M.A. in Economics along with a Diploma in Human Resources Management. He is also certified by the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF) as a Business Correspondent/Facilitator.

With more than two decades of professional experience in human resources and organizational management, he has worked extensively in the social development sector and has been associated with numerous NGOs across West Bengal for over ten years. His expertise in administration, community engagement, team management, and grassroots coordination has played a vital role in strengthening the Foundation's activities and outreach.

Under his leadership, Green Being Foundation has actively participated in environmental awareness campaigns, humanitarian support initiatives, waste management programs, youth engagement activities, and social welfare projects. He strongly believes in sustainable development, community participation, and creating long-term positive impact through collective action.

As a social worker and mentor, Mr. Bhadra continues to guide and inspire young volunteers to work towards environmental conservation, social responsibility, and inclusive community development.
