2. Purpose of Donations
Donations received by Green Being Foundation are used to support its charitable objectives, including environmental conservation, waste management, plantation drives, sustainability awareness, community welfare, and other initiatives undertaken by the Foundation.
The Foundation will make reasonable efforts to use donations designated for a specific project for that purpose. If a project is completed, discontinued, or becomes impractical, the Foundation may allocate the remaining funds to a similar charitable purpose, subject to applicable laws and any restrictions agreed upon with the donor.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
Donations may be accepted through the payment methods made available on the Foundation’s official website, which may include:
- UPI payments
- Debit and credit cards
- Net banking
- Other authorized digital payment methods
All payments are subject to the terms, security procedures, and verification requirements of the relevant payment service provider.
4. Donation Confirmation
After a successful donation, the donor may receive a confirmation message, transaction reference, or receipt through the contact details provided during the payment process.
If a confirmation is not received, donors may contact the Foundation with their transaction details for verification.
5. Accuracy of Donor Information
Donors are responsible for providing accurate information, including their name, email address, phone number, and any other details required to process the donation or issue a receipt.
The Foundation shall not be responsible for delays or errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by a donor.
6. Tax Benefits and Donation Receipts
Donation receipts will be issued in accordance with the Foundation’s applicable procedures and legal requirements.
Tax deductions or other tax benefits are available only where the Foundation holds the relevant valid approvals or registrations and the donation qualifies under applicable law. Donors should verify eligibility before claiming any tax benefit.
7. Failed, Duplicate, or Incorrect Payments
If an amount is debited from a donor’s account but the donation is not confirmed, or if a duplicate transaction occurs, the donor should contact the Foundation with the transaction reference, date, amount, and relevant payment evidence.
The Foundation will review the matter and coordinate with the payment service provider or relevant financial institution where necessary.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Donations are generally voluntary contributions and may not be refundable once successfully processed. However, requests involving duplicate payments, technical errors, unauthorized transactions, or other exceptional circumstances will be reviewed in accordance with the Foundation’s Refund Policy and applicable law.
Please refer to our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy for further details.
