Green Being Foundation accepts voluntary donations to support its charitable objectives. This Cancellation Policy explains how donation cancellation requests are handled.
2. One-Time Donations
A one-time donation may be cancelled before the payment is completed by leaving the payment page or discontinuing the transaction.
Once a donation has been successfully processed, it generally cannot be cancelled. Requests for reversal or refund may be submitted in accordance with the Foundation’s Refund Policy.
3. Recurring Donations
If recurring donations or scheduled contributions are offered through the Foundation’s website or payment provider, donors may request cancellation of future contributions through the available payment settings or by contacting the Foundation.
Donors should submit cancellation requests sufficiently in advance of the next scheduled payment. The time required for cancellation may depend on the payment provider, bank, or payment mandate system.
Cancellation of future contributions does not automatically reverse donations already processed.
4. Cancellation of Events or Programmes
If the Foundation offers paid registrations, fundraising events, or programme-related bookings, any applicable cancellation and refund terms will be communicated separately for the relevant activity.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation of an event registration does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund of a charitable donation.
5. Payment Errors and Pending Transactions
If a payment remains pending, fails, or appears to have been debited more than once, donors should contact the Foundation and their payment provider, where appropriate.
The Foundation will review the transaction and take reasonable steps to resolve the matter in coordination with the relevant payment provider.
