Hemanta Sasmal

Mr. Hemanta Sasmal brings more than three decades of rich experience in the public sector banking industry, including over 15 years in senior management roles. Throughout his professional journey, he has demonstrated strong leadership in financial management, banking operations, institutional administration, and organizational development.

After retirement, he has remained actively associated with various institutions across West Bengal as a management consultant, providing strategic and operational guidance. He also serves as a faculty member at the Central Staff Training College, Kolkata, contributing to professional training, leadership development, and capacity building within the banking and finance sector.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Sasmal is actively involved in social welfare and community development initiatives. His expertise in finance, governance, institutional management, and social development significantly strengthens the organization's advisory framework and strategic vision.
